Our Background
Grace Acting Studios (formerly Mooregrace) was established in 2006, providing Film and TV acting classes for the Geelong Community. Over the past 14 years we have proudly welcomed over a thousand young actors through our doors, many of whom have gone on to pursue careers in the industry. Our Team of 14 dedicated staff are incredibly passionate about providing engaging lessons that inspire our students, growing their confidence and acting skills each week.
Studio Director Sarah Grace has over twenty years experience in the film and television industry. She has played numerous roles on top Australian dramas including Canal Road, Blue Heelers, and Neighbours and Winners and Losers (where she relished in playing the opinionated Bridget Gross for 5 seasons)
To extend on her long term training in Australia, Sarah ventured over to LA and studied at the highly acclaimed Stella Adler Acting Academy. The full time course involved intensive training in acting technique, voice, improvisation and movement. This 'Hollywood' experience has informed the development of the Grace Acting curriculum.
As well as being a dedicated actor, Sarah is a passionate teacher having completed a Bachelor of Primary Education at Deakin University.This high level of training allows for the development of classes that are not only engaging but that complement the current Victorian curriculum.
Over the years Sarah has built an incredibly talented team around her. Made up of actors, film makers, producers, educators and casting directors this amazing group are united by their passion for helping their students thrive! The staff here don't just 'talk the talk', they 'walk the walk', allowing them to expertly guide young actors who are are excited to begin their professional journey.
